Remembrance Day

November 11, 2009

This November 11, come to Belcarra Park Dock for the Remembrance Day ceremonies

with the Port Moody Power and Sail Squadron.

Come by boat or car. If you come by boat:

All communications are on VHF 69.
Contact vessel is the

“Boy N Sea”.

Initial raft up vessel is the “Boy N Sea”.
All docking and rafting to be finished by 10:30 hrs.

Vessels coming after are asked to drop anchor and shut engines off.

If you come by car:

Please remain on the Pier going to the Dock. This will be the main viewing area this year.

Veterans and their families are welcome on the west dock.

Area at the North West dock is to be left empty so people can see.

Laying of Wreaths:
Squadron wreaths will be presented during the address and will be laid at the beginning of the two
minute silence. Personal wreaths will be laid for those who wish to have that done.

Lunch to follow at the park shelter - $5.00/person
