Transport Bulletin on Radar Refectors

This bulletin reminds boaters of small vessels or vessels constructed of primarily non-metalic materials, of the importance of fitting an effective and practible radar reflector. Queen Elizabeth 2 Ocean Liner

Cunard's longest serving flagship ocean liner, the Queen Elizabeth 2 (QE2) is photographed by Commander Ron's brother as it made a port of call in Liverpool. It departed Southampton on November 1st destined for Dubai arriving on November 27th, where it will be turned into a floating hotel, retail and entertainment destination. Boaters in False Creek to Lose Fuelling Station

Long trip to Coal Harbour only option after Esso gas dock shuts Thousands of boaters, yacht charterers and commuter ferries in Vancouver are five weeks away from losing their False Creek fuelling station -- with no alternative in sight. Change of Watch, May 2008

Members and guests of the Squadron gathered together in the private room at “Milestones Restaurant” on Saturday May 24th, for the 2008 Change of Watch Banquet. Bob McCullough Past Commander

Another long time Coquitlam Squadron member Bob McCullough Past Commander during 1998-1999 passed away on October 11th 2007. He enjoyed boating and served as a bridge member in various positions until he retired to Vancouver Island Nanaimo area. He will be sadly missed by many of us. Continue
